Lage und Architektur/Einrichtung gut überlegt und beeindruckend; schnelle und unkomplizierte Erreichbarkeit der Vermieter und persönliche Empfehlungen für die Reise erhalten; Unterkunft gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, viele Shops und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe Dadurch auch entsprechende Lautstärke in der Nachbarschaft - das sollte man/frau mögen ;-) wir waren in der red suite untergebracht im 2.Stock

Comodo al centro storico di Palma e a tutti i servizi! Il proprietario è molto disponibile! A due passi dalla cattedrale e a due passi dalla casa molti locali dover poter trascorrere piacevoli serate. Consigliato!

Perfekt boende mitt i centrala Palma. Nära till allt såsom shopping, restauranger, bussar, taxi, bad mm. Servicen från den trevlige ägaren Mr Gottuso var hur bra som helst.

Ich war für drei Tage zur Erholung dort. Vorher war ich in Alaró im Patit Hotel Alaró. Das ist auch sehr zu empfehlen.

Siisti ja tyylikäs huoneisto. Saimme jättää matkatavarat huoneeseen heti kun saavuimme kaupunkiin vaikka saavuimme useita tunteja ennen check inn aikaa. Huoneiston lähellä on useita hyviä ravintoloita, kauppa ja pyörävuokraamo. Ostoskadulle ja katedraalillekin oli vain lyhyt kävelymatka.

un hotel sin recepción

Reservéla habitación del "hotel" con 24 horas de antelación para después ver en las notas de la reserva que había que avisar con 72 horas de antelación para coordinar la llegada ya que al parecer el hotel carece de recepción y hay que dirigirse a otra dirección para recoger las llaves. Estuvimos llamando todo el día y no pudimos hablar con nadie. El resultado fue que se perdió esa noche de hotel y tuve que acudir a otro hotel y obviamente pagarlo por la mala gestión.75€ tirados a la basura.

Un muy agradable puente de diciembre

Apartamentos muy bien situados, muy bonitos y con todas las comodidades necesarias. Sólo echamos en falta un microondas pero, a parte de esto, no les falta detalle. Al lado del centro y de muchos lugares turísticos, restaurantes, bares de copas y tiendas. Mucha amabilidad y flexibilidad por quienes los gestionan. Muy recomendables.

Bo centralt men förvänta ingen normal service.

Hotellets läge superbra. Nära till allt. Bra bussförbindelser till alla stränder som ligger i och nära Palma. Betyget som drar ner detta s.k. designhotell var att det fanns ingen service. Vi bodde där under 8 nätter, 2 vuxna. De städade inte 1 gång eller tömde sopor det fanns ingen stans där man kunde hänga sina handdukar i badrummet. Tycker att det var botten och det drar ner betyget.

Worst service and false advertising

Staff stood us up for checking in on two occasions (and we had to call several times, including booking agents to locate the correct phone number and wait hours to be given the keys and to pay). Staff stood us up for check-out as well. Room did not have washing machine as advertised or toiletries or toilet paper. Room smelt bad.
