I am conflicted in writing this review as the property was definitely adequate and wanting in some areas and excelled in others. First it should be stated that this is more of a Club Quarters hotel then the Grand. Had I known that I would not have booked as I previously stayed at a Club Quarters ...
The location of this property is just amazing , nearby to most of attractions in city center of London few minutes walk to Big Ben , London eye etc and the most important the transportation next to Waterloo station that connected you to the whole city of London the hotel is clean ,staff are friendly ...
