The property is very well located, just a minute or 2 from the main centre but still very quiet. The rooms were clean and well maintained and the codes for the locks worked very easily. It was great to have the pool, but sadly both sun loungers were broken so was a little hard to use the space. Nevertheless, being able to dip in after the heat was great.
The company communicated with us very clearly via WhatsApp and I would recommend staying here to all!

The view from the 37th floor is unmatched. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is very nice, it is within walking distance from Triana, which is a very authentic neighborhood, and has a great view of the Riverwalk from the bridge.

Booked after 10pm due to an AirBnB disaster. Luckily, reception is staffed full-time. Room was quiet, shower was lovely, vibe was awesome, and staff was helpful. It wasn't in our preferred area for tourism, but I would stay there again and walk the mile to the city center, due to how quiet it ...

Room was large, clean, well maintained. Shower water control was difficult to use: nothing but scalding hot would come out unless tweaked finely. Breakfast buffet was decent, not exceptional. Hotel staff *very* helpful.
