"Our stay at this hotel in Seville was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel was impeccably clean, and from the moment we walked in, the beautiful signature scent created a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore everything Seville has to offer. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive. The concierge and valet team were outstanding, always going above and beyond to help with recommendations, transport, and ensuring our stay was seamless. The bar staff were fantastic—warm, attentive, and always happy to make recommendations. The breakfast team also deserves special praise for their excellent service and the quality and variety of the food each morning. The rooms were stylish, comfortable, and spotless, offering everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Considering the high standard of the hotel, the service, and its prime location, it represented excellent value for money. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seville. We would happily stay here again."

"Hôtel splendide, luxueux et très bien situé. À proximité de tous les sites majeurs, les restos, les boutiques et les grands parcs. L'hôtel rempli parfaitement sa promesse : beauté, confort et raffinement. Nous avons eu de très bonnes recommandations de restaurants, conformes à ce que nous recherchions. Notre suite avec balcon était spacieuse et de bon goût. Seul irritant: les applications Plans et Google map sont totalement déficientes pour identifier le parcours pour se rendre à l'hôtel en voiture. Il semble que la ville a bloqué des rues autour de l'hôtel et ces changements n'ont pas été intégrés. On oublie une fois rendus, mais on a envie de crier quelques jurons juste avant. Nous recommandons et nous y retournerons."
