"An exceptional hotel from start to finish in such a beautiful setting. Incredibly welcoming and warm staff who were so helpful during our stay. The location is ideal - just minutes away from the Cathedral and lots of shops,restaurants etc. We stayed in one of the apartments as we were travelling with a baby and it was exactly what needed - clean, spacious & beautifully decorated! We will definitely be back"

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was great. Most attractions were within walking distance. The hotel is right on a plaza with plenty of dining options and even a laundromat. Staff were friendly. We even received a bottle of free champagne during our stay. During Semana Santa, many processions pass through the plaza. We watched the processions either in the plaza or on the rooftop of the hotel. We will stay here again next time."

The room itself was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring the city. One of the highlights of the hotel is the rooftop, which offers a great atmosphere and beautiful views. While the setting is fantastic, the drinks could definitely be improved to match the overall experience. We also tried the on-site Italian restaurant. The food was average, but the service was excellent and made the dining experience enjoyable nonetheless. Overall, this hotel delivers strong service, comfort, and ambiance. With a few small improvements in food and beverages, it could easily be exceptional."
