Very pleasant hotel with large, clean room (Junior Suite) Cold Breakfast was excellent - excellent fruit, yoghurt, cheese and hams, freshly squeezed orange juice. Hot options were limited and not that good… Don’t pick this hotel if you need a swimming pool as there is one but tiny…. Staff friendly and helpful. Views across the river from the terrace were superb.

The hotel is well maintained and spotless. The bedroom very well equipped and attractive with the biggest most comfortable bed we've slept in. The staff throughout are exceptionally friendly, helpful and professional. We whole heartedly Hotel Kivir.

Location is a plus! we just cross the street and walk along the river. A lot of dinning options just around the corner. Close to the most touristic places. Staff super friendly. Awesome breakfast. Super comfy beds. Clean baths. Yes a little bit noise since is on the Main Street, but it didn't bother so much. Only downs for me: no restaurant in the hotel (they are building one), and no parking ( but 2 garage buildings very close. We will go back here on our next trip to Sevilla.

I was not impressed with breakfast, but hotel was clean, my room was facing river and it was above bar/restaurant and noise was too much but I feel unfair to say that is hotel problem . the problem was bar/restaurant

Nice deco and clean. Spacious room with nice view of the river however it is quite noisy as there are bars right downstairs. On wed night, it was ok not much noise but on Thurs night, you can hear people talking until like 2am. Can’t imagine how the noise would be like on Fri and Sat nights.

We stayed for a week and enjoyed it so much we returned for another few days later on in our travels. We checked in after midnight after a 28 hour flight, so were weary. The lady on reception was friendly, spoke English and offered us a complimentary local liqueur and sweet, a lovely touch. Our room was quiet and on a higher floor as requested, overlooking the river. We enjoyed watching a Christmas lightshow from the window on several nights of our stay. Our room was very well designed. Lots of drawers for storage, double sinks, bench space and a shelf in the bathroom fpr toiletries, USB charger, double glazed window that could be opened for fresh air. Coffee maker and kettle. Housekeeping was to a very high standard. Our minibar was replenished daily with complimentary non-alcoholic drinks. Our floor was also mopped daily. If i was being picky, i think breakfast could be improved for the price. After staying a week it became repetitive and other hotels I stayed in offered more variety. But there is a lovely view from the terrace and we enjoyed a few drinks at the bar, even watching the Three Kings parade one night. I'd definitely return (and have!)

Hotel Kivir is a wonderful hotel with excellent staff and great amenities. The rooms have beautiful modern decor and they are very clean. The hotel is very generous in offering free drinks and snacks in the afternoon. Also, the rooftop bar has amazing views. Finally, it is close to the city centre and to many wonderful tapas restaurants. Higly recommended

Looking forward to our next stay
Great location, friendly staff with an added personal touch. It was great to be welcomed with vouchers for the cocktail bar on the roof and to be shown the area where free drinks and snacks are available during the afternoon. Evening turn down with chocolates and sweets was nearly always managed after we had left the room. It's the little things that matter!
