Beautiful stay! Check in lines were long, but they do have a mobile option now. We couldn’t use it because we had more specific questions, but it’s a good option for guests. Comfortable beds and nice accommodations. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.

The pool, bowling alley & arcade were great! Loved having a Starbucks on site. They had a hard time keeping the soda machines stocked but the food was good overall. The tacos at the Atomic Grill were great. It was a nice place to stay and would stay again when we go to Universal.
