You no longer have an option of checking in with a staff member you do it as self service at a kiosk. Not okay at all. The singular staff member that is in that area is not friendly or helpful. This was our first time staying the Bellagio and The Bellagio did not disappoint. We had a standard room and it was very cozy and comfy. The grounds and architecture are incredible and the fountain show was worth the wait :) So many things to love about this hotel. We will be back!
