Staff are so great, they’re all willing to help. Rooms are clean but slightly outdated. Also note there is not mini fridge or kettle in the rooms which made things very inconvenient.

Everything was great until we got to the room. Everything was old the couches and the bathroom floor there was hair and there was no refrigerator. That was very noisy. You can hear everyone on the hallway when the door was closed, but either in that it was great.

Unhappy about self-check-in kiosk everything felt chaotic at this hotel I’ve been there once before it was fine I am not a fan of this new check- in system they have, plus someone ask why they had this system and was told Excalibur got rid of a lot of staff and just replaced the people with these machines and only one person to help you when you have issues ( cuz you will have issues) with kiosk all in all I will never stay at Excalibur again and on top of that no more coffee pots in your room or microwave so bye Excalibur!! Oh and you have to go to a second kiosk to get your room key it’s all ridiculous it’s all do it yourself now not a fan I’ll pay more somewhere else thx !!
