The check in and check out were painless. They have kiosks available for both so you dont need to wait in line. I was able to check in early and my room was ready by 9am which was unexpected but nice. Great stay.

Greeted by karen at the lobby check in area who appeared to want to help us check in. She ended up telling us that out rooms wouldnt be joined even though i emailed and asked for this to be scheduled for our stay so my two bookings would be next to each other. She then assigned us two rooms on different floors and to our disappointment, they were the old style rooms and not the newly renovated ones i paid for. Told us to come back the next day which was hard as we had excursions the 2 days following early in the morning and then when we did have a chance to talk to the reception they said it was too busy and come back at a certain time, which we did and still got par'd off. Cool hotel but this issue should never of happened especially when the option we paid for was never even given to us. So far, no compensation from the hotel for their lack of service.

The hotel was very clean and well organized. The check-in process was smooth and we had no problem gaining access to our room. The amenities were just what we’d hoped for and the ambiance of the hotel was medieval. Ended up seeing the Tournament of Kings which was on the lower level of the hotel. All in all, a delightful stay.

The room had a bathroom door that stuck and very hard to open and close. Loud. The casino is very smokey. The need better ventilation. We had a spider in the bathroom. We did enjoy the slots other than horrible smoke. Kind of ruined it for non smokers. Other strip hotels don’t have this problem. Everyone was fantastic through with staff and restaurants.

The stay was not what I expected, and I will never stay at this location again. The staff was not welcoming, and we were placed on a floor that was undergoing repairs. We were also told the pool was not available and that we would have to travel to Mandalay Bay to use their pool. Overall, the experience was very disappointing.
