They asked me to write a review of my stay and speak of the view off my balcony. After multiple emails request. Here is the best review I can provide. There was no balcony or view from our room. We had a room, it was air conditioned and had comfortable beds. We were there 5 days and no one from housekeeping ever fluffed our rooms or switched out our towels. If we needed clean towels you had a rack/cart of them in the hallway and had to get your own off the rack down the hall. Service requires staff/people to take care of their guest. From the time you check in at an electronic kiosk from the time you check out 5 days later there was no interaction from staff members at Excalibur which creates an atmosphere that MGM is not interested in providing guest with staff to take care of their needs and hope you will find their electronics and AI’s sufficient during your stay.

Hotel is outdated, but good for the price. Very convenient to have a free tram to Mandalay Bay. Nice pool, loud music. Some staff are friendly but not all. I opened a complaint and it was not resolved, the supervisor never got back to me with response.

Love the pool for the kids, hotel is fairly kept up with and comfortable. Had to contact customer service a few times, after three tries, someone was finally willing to help. If needing to contact customer service, do not expect above and beyond services, it’s a kind of figure out yourself. Otherwise it was a good stay, easy check-in & check-out.

Very friendly staff, clean hotel, even it's showing age. Room was clean, and comfortable. Best part, I never heard my neighbors, not in the halls, or kids running around in the halls, and there were plenty there. Lots of stuff to entertain you with while you're having downtime waiting for your event. The food choices were amazing, just not the prices. I get convience, but $20+ for a burger and fries...? The best deal was Starbucks (prices I used to) and Del Taco. Krispy Kreme didn't hurt either. Getting a taxi was easy and I love that. STOP TRYING TO SELL ALONE SEEMINGLY GULLABLE WOMEN TIMESHARES.

Me and my wife love staying here! It’s in the center of everything. Every time we go to a concert at the raider stadium we stay here due to being able to walk there. Staff if nice and helpful, most of check in is now fully remote in the lobby.

For the price you can’t complain. The room was clean and quiet. Parking and check in/out was easy. The pool isn’t extravagant but is good enough and big enough for families to relax. Casino is more of a relaxed vibe va the fancy ones. The only con you need to know is that it is far from the main strip attractions. Be prepared to take a ride share or walk half a mile to the monorail system.

The property was amazing. Everything was great, except the plumbing needs some work in the room. The toilet would barely flush and the sink would make a very loud "glug glug glug" everytime someone else ran their sinks around me. Housekeeping staff were very friendly and willing to help. We stayed in a resort tower renovated room and were very happy, there was a fridge which was helpful on the hot days to have cold bottled water. Lighting could be improved in the rooms as they were pretty low lit. The pool was alot of fun but drinks were incredibly expensive. Check in and check out were very smooth and the self used kiosks were quick and easy. Overall though we traveled with our 8 year old daughter and some people tried to make the excalibur seem like a last resort option to stay but we thoroughly enjoyed our time and amenities. Would stay again!
