Rooms are clean and nicely updated, not too much interaction with the staff, but those that I met have been very nice. We sat up by the pool and rented a bed ($92) to get a little bit of shade. It’s too bad there are no umbrellas and that a cabana cost over $200.

The hotel is very big with plenty of shops and restaurants to pick from but the lobby area took a long time to check in and the smell of cigarette is extremely strong. I was traveling with my wife and two small children, but the room was very large, clean with an amazing view to the strip.

Exceptional facilities, beautiful rooms with all entertainment and shopping available within premises. There is no need to get out of the Hotel to access the Miracle Mile and shop until your drop ! I highly recommend this hotel. This is the second time I visit and both times are memorable !!!

Unfortunately PH is very run down and I will definitely not be staying here again. The room was not properly cleaned: hair in the shower, there was a huge wine stain on the carpet and then another tomato sauce type stain on an another area of the carpet. We let them know and they didn't want to change our room. They sent a cleaning lady the next day and it still it wasn't properly cleaned. The elevators take a while before you can get one. There are hardly any long chairs near the pool (or near the pool area) which means that unless you get there very early, you probably won't get a chair. The only positives would be the location is great and there are many restaurants and stores in the hotel. This has been the worse hotel we've stayed at in Vegas yet.

I really like Planet Hollywood. Wonderful staff. The rooms are a little beat up but still a good value. Perfect location on the strip where you can still walk both directions without having to hike forever. I book there because I loved their new poker room. It was a nice space and so convenient. Sadly it did not bring in the players and they have already shut it down. Very sad. I had a great time playing there. Tough to compete with the more established rooms.

Our room was nice, spacious, clean, quiet. There are 2 things that I had issue with, the first is that the Home Screen of the room in the tv has few very options for movies, unless you want to spend money On Demand. We couldn’t stream from our phone even though the TV has instructions on its homepage to down whatever app to stream. I called for help but was told they did not have that option. My second gripe was with the pool. It’s basically impossible to get a lounge chair anywhere near the pool. The 21+ pool had 20 (give or take but it wasn’t much more) lounge chairs by the pool, they get snatched up immediately. The rest (cabanas, sun beds) you have to rent at 100s of dollars. The family pool was not much better. There’s a large space in between the 2 pools that also have lounge chairs but it’s nowhere near the pool, and you’re basically just laying on top of asphalt. So if you’re going to a clean quiet hotel, I recommend. But if you’re looking for a place where you can have an easy pool day without shelling out $$$$, I’d stay somewhere else.
