Initially had difficulties with parking, on Expedia the site said oversize parking but this only meant tall vehicles, higher than a typical parking garage, not for trailers etc. so we had to drive around and finally found a place to park which took about an hour. Then check in was not rude but definitely not friendly, not concerned about our parking difficulties even though I booked here specifically because of the parking, and not willing to improve things much. He said he'd give us a room with some view but when we arrived there was someone still in the room! (On this floor the hallway was smoky smelling. ). All the way back down and around to the front desk where another slightly more helpful agent gave us the option of a lower floor no view in the Venetian or a mountain view in the Palazzo so we went with that even though it was further to walk to get back to our vehicle. That room was nice, clean, comfy, and had a decent view. The hallway smelled better too. I would stay again due to the location and rooms but the desk staff could use some improvement in customer service.
