Loved staying here for lots of reasons: so close and convenient for concerts at The Sphere, tons of great restaurants and stores, on strip not too far of a walk to lots of shopping and shows on the strip.
From check in to check out they met every expectation and service from a TOP TIER hotel. Each interaction was simply the best and the rooms are impeccable and beautifully appointed
The property was beautiful and well kept and very clean, but everything was so expensive. It was hard to get even complementary bottled water.. We paid $40 for two drinks at the pool, including a three dollar tip. Not to mention all the machines were tight as a drum. So don’t spend much money for nice views.
I have been staying at The Venetian for years. Love their rooms, love their friendly staff, love a lot about this particular resort. This last visit was a bit of a miss for me. Though they gave us a great pool side room on a high floor, the noise and music from the pool below was so loud, it shook the entire room and there was no chance for napping, even though we arrived after an 8 hour trek to get to Vegas. The music only ended at 6pm!! The hotel was kind enough to comp us a little for our displeasure, but I would make sure in future (if I were to come back) to NEVER again ask for a room on pool side. Also, the very first towel I took out to shower in the morning was completely covered in grease and dirt stains. VERY unusual for Venetian. Perhaps I need to explore some newer properties before I return.
The main restaurant by the elevator and casino floor has an excellent buffet with coffee and fresh squeezed orange juice. Way cheaper if you purchase breakfast with juice and coffee. Good meal and great juice
Room, bedding, and bathroom were all excellent. The suite was large with a nice couch area, I was able to wake up early and go read there without disturbing my wife sleeping.
Food court options were reasonably priced, nicer dinners at the restaurants were expensive but excellent.
Large property being connected with Pallazo so lots of food options and stores for shopping if you like.
Pool area was really nice, but this brought on our biggest dissappointment, my wife was charged $37.50 US for a pina colada, it was the one and only drink bought at the pool and we found the price gouging gross.
Property access if you have a vehicle to park and get around with is not as convient as properties farther South on the strip.
The property was beautiful and well kept. The room was also exceptional and clean. Cons were paying for parking even though you're staying there, and late check in time. Not to mention check out time is 11am, and house cleaner was banging on the door at 8:30am. Not happy.
Staff was kind and professional.
Our room was spacious and clean. We used their gym and pool. It was a very great stay. Our family was in town to see No Doubt at the Sphere and it was amazing to check out the No Doubt experience while walking to the Sphere. There’s also so many good eats and things to do without ever having to leave the hotel.
Overall, would definitely stay here again.
I really enjoyed the room and the view. I got to use the gym was very nice and fully equipped. I ordered room service breakfast ok the second day and the food was not only delicious but still hot when it arrived
It’s a one stop shop. There is so much to do. You never have to leave the resort! The shopping , the restaurants, the pools, and the indoor walk to the Sphere. It’s very convenient.
The Venetian in Las Vegas was great. Our room was beautiful and spacious and very clean ! It had 2 big TV's, a large sitting room with large couch. The bathroom was very spacious as well. I loved it ! I, however, didn't realize that the snack bar in the room was a "weighted box" that meant if you pick up a snack to look at it, you got charged for that movement !!! I looked at 2 snacks, just to look, and got charged $26.00 for them !!! I didn't consume them, just looked !!! I had to call the front desk to tell them my issue and ask them to refund my charges. They said they would but GEEZ, make a sign BIG ENOUGH to let you know that the box registers the weight of the items and knows when it changes. This new technology got past me !! The hotel / casino was very nice but VERY CONFUSING to find anything. Even the sign on the elevator was incorrect for the floor we were trying to get to. Almost like a "Bait and switch" system.
