The pools and the lazy river were great! They had lots of food and drink options inside the hotel and by the pool. Rooms were kept clean and cool, which was great since it was 110 degrees while we were there!

The only complaint I have it people knocking on my door at 9am and the soap dispenser falling off the shower wall. Everyone was friendly, check in was easy and the facilities were excellent.

Beautiful room, quiet, bed comfortable, clean casino. I really enjoyed myself. I went to a conference at the MGM and enjoyed the the hotel thoroughly. The pool was comfortable and I got a facial at the spa which was amazing. The casino also didn’t smell like cigarettes at all. The newly renovated rooms was an added plus! Love MGM!

Overall, our stay was good. The rooms were clean and nice and updated. It was nice that they still give you a refrigerator as the Luxor doesn't. My only complaints were that it was 105 and they closed a good portion of the pools by 6:00 p.m. When it was still very much light and very much hot. I also would have appreciated having water in the room for free as a hotel guest and paying for parking as a hotel guest is outrageous. Dinner at Wolfgang Puck was phenomenal though, even though it is labeled as a food establishment

The lobby line was long all day. The staff was incompetent and rude. The room was nice. The pool didn’t offer tubes for lazy river except for purchase and they were like $40. The lobby guest services were rude when my key card didn’t work multiple times. There is an unexplained pending charge on my card that I will dispute with my bank. Over all the room was nice but not worth the hassles.

Staff in general not kind. Their job is stressful. The woman who checked me in was kind. I dealt with four others who talked down to me and were just not nice. Issue between MGM and Expedia but staff made ne feel like I was doing something wrong when asking questions. The pool area was great for my granddaughter. Its convenient location is worth the rudeness of the staff. Also had a dog barking for an hour straight. Finally complained. Security did seem to resolve the problem.

When checking in at the self-checkin, we had some trouble. The monitor said we owed zero to check in even though I knew we still had to pay the resort fees. I had prepared the right amount but then it tried to pull out more than I was warned about. So when we went to talk to someone at the front desk (I believe his name was Moses, he was so helpful, the staff there is amazing!) They explained that the amount that was attempted to be pulled was the security deposit and we'd be getting it back after our stay, which we did. So my biggest complaint was that the self-check-ins were not clear about what charges we were to expect!

the hotel was beautiful and perfectly located on the strip for our trip, staff was friendly, rooms were clean. great food on site. we watched Ka - by cirque du soleil on our last day and it was a great show! my only complaint would be the constant “voucher pushers” offering discounted tickets for doing one of those time share sessions. it was annoying to say the least.

Lots of Items going on in town so we got upgraded and that made our 20rh anniversary awesome. Staff was great. Easy access to casino so not much walking. Looked like everyone was going to the pool.
