Room was clean , Bed was comfortable.The complimentary big bottles of Shampoo,Body wash,Hand wash and lotion were a plus! We did forget to ask if they had a fan upon check in so we called the front desk and she wasn't sure. After we went to eat and returned, there was one in our room. Plenty places to eat. The Sandwich shop has delicious Bacon,egg, cheese croissants with coffee for $10.99. We had a great 5 day stay and definitely will return.

I enjoyed the stay but in the beginning had trouble getting my room. I had originally booked for a king room but they sold my room and put me in a queen. No offer for upgrades or compensation for the downgrade. Overall the room was clean and property is well maintained. I’d stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay overall. The room was nice and clean. The only downside was the tub didn't drain. My wife took her shower, got out and the water was too her ankles. I waited 30 minutes and the water was still midway up my foot. This happened everyday for 4 days.

When I made the reservation I did it primarily because it was a great deal and said it came with a resort credit, which I never received. However the room was very large and spacious, which we appreciated. The pool was closed for the season so if I wanted pool time I would have to go to MGM and "hope" they had space. Most of the staff were nice, front desk was not as helpful because they just point you to do everything by kiosk. We would stay here again, as overall it was a good experience.

Loved the rooms except for they have no refrigerators or coffee makers. I’m sure this is do to them wanting you to purchase $10 a cup of coffee and have no food in your room so you have to purchase more. Can’t save any leftovers. Do have a huge variety of restaurants though.
