The property itself was great and the staff were excellent. Our room was not so great. The tub was filthy, all of the drains were clogged and unfortunately the A/C did not work properly. When it’s over 100 degrees outside you at least hope for a room with great A/C. For the price we paid I’m not sure if we will stay here again.

Caesar’s Palace was a great place to stay. We didn’t use many of the amenities, but they offered just about anything you could want. My only complaint was that there weren’t enough chairs at the pool for free. They had some nice ones for rent, but not enough free ones. People had towels on them so you didn’t know if they were actually available. Food was all very good but pricey. Bottled water was ridiculously overpriced ($8-10). That was everywhere though.

We stayed at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, and unfortunately, our overall experience was mixed and did not fully meet our expectations. We arrived at the lobby around 1 AM, but there was only one staff member working at the check-in desk. Because of this, the line moved extremely slowly and we had to wait almost an hour to complete the check-in process. When we asked why it was taking so long, we didn’t receive a clear explanation and were simply told, “How can I help you?”, which felt unhelpful and dismissive given the situation. On a positive note, the room itself was very clean, comfortable, and practical, which we appreciated. However, we also had breakfast at Cafe Americano the next morning and were quite disappointed. The service felt uninterested and not welcoming, and we didn’t feel we received proper attention as guests. As first-time visitors to this iconic hotel, we unfortunately left feeling underwhelmed. We truly wished our experience had been better.

So Caesars is about exactly what you should expect from Vegas these days. Rooms were big, clean and nice. There were plenty of food options and the buffet was spectacular. Just know food and beverage are very expensive. $13 for 12 oz beer. $25 cocktails. $7 Starbucks drip coffee. $13 slice of pizza. The pool area is nice but there are not nearly enough chairs for the size of the resort. You get the typical people who come down at 9am and drop a towel and one personal item to tie up a chair all day. Staff is not permitted to remove any personal items, so play that game if you want or be prepared to spend big $$ on premium seating. Pool staff is very nice though. Caesars like most Vegas casinos still allows smoking on gaming floor. Still not sure why that’s a thing if they want to attract premium visitors. Many people don’t want to spend too much time in a smoke filled environment. Shopping is spectacular according to my wife who is into such things. Many high end stores.

I chose this hotel because it's such an iconic part of Las Vegas, and I wanted to experience it on my first trip. While I appreciated the history, the property feels dated compared to newer resorts like Wynn. My biggest frustration was navigating the hotel. Finding my room through the casino was confusing, and the staff at check-in didn't provide a map or clear directions. Having more employees available to help guests find their way would greatly improve the experience. I was also disappointed that no one explained how to use my rewards card when paying at restaurants or throughout the casino. Since this wasn't mentioned at check-in or by restaurant staff, I likely missed out on earning points and benefits. The parking process was another inconvenience. Charging hotel guests for self-parking is one thing, but not explaining that a specific room key/process is needed to receive the discounted rate was frustrating. During my five-night stay, only two of the six elevators in my tower were working, resulting in long wait times. Check-out, however, was quick and easy. Lastly, I was surprised by the mandatory resort fees, especially since I never used the pool or gym. Overall, I expected more from such a famous property. While it's a Las Vegas landmark, I'd probably choose a newer resort or stay off the Strip on my next visit.

Just book it! First stay here - get the Augustus tower fountain view rooms they are worth it! Humongous and humongous bathroom - king bed ultra comfort - pilllws fantastic - sheets clean and changed daily w new towels - sectional couch in room was roomy and big - nice larger table - extra chairs for viewing the fountain shows at night - incredibly huge view of the strip - 28th floor - fridge is stocked no room to add anything u purchase which was fine by us - on the casino floor at the Augustus tower is a Starbucks I used the SB app preorder go down get items super convenient- the casino areas are great clean lots of wait staff - tables are $25 up 3:2 was available - we ate off site Buddy V’s at Venetian great food - and Gordon Ramsey’s Kitchen we got in at Harrahs - which took rewards- the pool is fantastic get the canapoy day bed in advance afternoons worth it we loved it! The whole Roman theme throughout the hotel/resort was cool. Nice pool area. Gym was pretty good. They also have a spa but I didn’t get chance to use it. Slot machines everywhere you go. Casino area with card games was fun if you’re into gambling. Bunch of restaurants and shops around. Pretty much in the center of the strip which is nice. Easy to walk to the other hotel/resorts around. One complaint I do have is that the initial room they gave me was not clean and had the previous visitors stuff inside already. So I had to walk all the way back to the check in/lobby area and tell them. Then they gave me another room and that time it looked like house keeping was still in process of cleaning. So I had to walk all the way back to check-in/lobby AGAIN. The third room they gave me was finally ready/cleaned and I think it was actually a better/larger room than the first 2 so I guess that was a plus. Overall, I’d say it was solid stay.
