Check in experience was great, Emily and Jade made us feel welcome and cared for. They were excellent!
The hotel is very nice, clean and modern with plenty of eating options, exceptional pool and spa.
All services and amenities were excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Stay was comfortable and all services were handled with ease. Highly recommend
Absolutely stunning hotel! Loved every bit of it. Plenty of options fot food, entertainment and relaxation. Best part was it was easy to get in and out instead of being right in the middle of the strip.
The hotel was excellent. It’s beautiful, immaculate. We ordered room service the food was delicious. The staff was super friendly. Definitely returning.
We had a great stay at Fontainebleau Las Vegas. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even better. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance. Overall, it was a good hotel to stay at, and we had a positive experience. I'd definitely consider staying here again.
Amazing stay, super friendly staff,
Rooms are top notch, super clean, luxurious, and the view of the pool, sphere, and strip at night was amazing.
Not to mention the cool feature to screen mirror to the 2 tvs in the rooms... i am most deffenatly coming back for wifes next birthday.
It was the best hotel experience of my life. A truly fantastic hotel with wonderful staff and numerous restaurants. The rooms are beautifully furnished, and the room service did a super job every single day. I've never been so impressed by a hotel in my life. I'll be back next year, so mark my name on your calendar! Kind regards from Hamburg, Germany, René Wegner
Fontainebleau Las Vegas is the newest 5-star hotel on the strip. It has a beautiful lobby and a wonderful July 4 250-celebration of roses in red, white, and blue. The room was huge with all the new gadgets like electronic switches for drapes, sheer, and light switches. There are many electric plugs so multiple devices can be charged. The AC is powerful. The bed is too soft to support my back. We were assigned a 66th floor room which has a view of the Las Vegas Convention Center and we can see the Tesla underground tunnel accesses. Our room can also see the sphere and a partial Vegas strip view. The snack and bars are extensive with 5-star hotel pricing. Even with soundproof room, the toilet flush is so powerful that we can hear the flush from other rooms. There is no electric water kettle to boil water. The hotel can provide a kettle for $25 per stay. The toilet paper is a little bit course to be 5-star hotel. The pool was great and we did not have any problems finding lounge chairs. The service was great by the pool waitress with the 5-star plus food and drink pricing. The food court has many selections and easy to find tables. The hotel advertises no resort fees and parking is free for hotel guest if you book through them directly. By booking through Expedia, we have to pay resort fees which included the parking. As an Expedia Platinum member, $50 credit is provided which is good for a lunch at the food court. Overall, it is a truly a 5-star hotel by booking through them.
When we stayed there, the hotel was offering rooms for residents at $100 per night so there were a lot of children there. Everything else was good except for everything being way over inflated
This property is exceptional when it comes to cleanliness attentive staff, and provides a feeling of welcome. The building smells like perfume when u enter, so refreshing and gives the feeling of luxury. There are bathrooms all over the hotel, so many different options for dining, designated areas for smoking. I had not one issue with this hotel.
Clean pool. Staff were always picking up garbage left by guests but they did a great job staying on top of it. Can drink by and in the pool which some don't allow.
