Everything was excellent! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and always helpful. The breakfast had a good variety and was fresh every morning. The casino was clean, fun, and convenient. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property to others.

I stayed here for a large sorority convention and was so thankful I did!! We had the attached walkway to Mandalay Bay where the convention was held… air conditioned the whole way! Plenty of opportunities for great food and drink with late hours. We had ready access to the cirque MJ one concert as well. The room was spacious! We were on the first floor of the pyramid with no view but also no worries of crowded elevators! Our daily cleaning was crisp. We booked two doubles but they only had one king room. They gave us a trundle and waived the resort fees. I was satisfied. A great stay. Would definitely book here again. ⭐️

I booked a room with two queen beds, they told me I didn’t, despite me providing confirmation. The manager Justin Prince debated with me then told me reserving a particular room was merely a request, not a guarantee. He said a cot would be the second bed. We never got the cot. He did give me his card so that they would move us to a different room the next day. We stayed 6 days. All other staff were kind, responsive. Housekeeping and the bell desk staff were outstanding. Pool area is nice. Decent restaurants. Very low amenities room, but clean and beds were comfortable, You can feel the incline of the pyramid in the elevators.

The casino, restaurants, and bars were nice. The bellman that I dealt with was really nice. The staff that was available to help with the check-in process; not so much. per the staff at the Luxor they double booked rooms. Rooms were being assigned to guests and other guests were already checked in to the rooms. The check-in process was a MESS. I asked for an extra blanket everyday and the blanket never showed up. I requested clean towels via text like they suggested and I didn’t get clean towels. There was a huge conference taking place and I get it but to ignore requests from guests is not acceptable

The facility itself is clean, well kept, with great amenities. I gave it 4 stars because the check in process was to long, they wanted you to use a kiosk which loses the personable essentials in my opinion. I don’t want a kiosk I want a person which seemed to be the census for many others since we waited over an hour to check in. Aside from that it was a great place to stay.
