If you arrive before the official check-in time, it may take a while before you receive the text message notifying you that your room is available. Once you get that text, you can pick up your key at the kiosk. The rooms were clean, and the overall check-in process was easy once the room was ready.

For $50 on a weeknight and it’s not a brand new hotel, I was pleasantly surprised with how nice the room was. Clean and relatively updated. Thank goodness for the self check in process. There was a long line and long wait despite it being midnight when we checked in. Self check in was easy, got my keys and got to my room.

The price was good. It is close to the airport at the end of the strip. The room was very hot with the air down as low as it would go. Had to sleep without covers. Room didn't really cool off until well after the sun went down. It is dated, but worth what I paid. Cheap (for Vegas) burger deal and the sports bar and the lower limit tables are good. Friendly enough dealers. The best part was the quick check in at the kiosk.

I don’t care for the impersonal automated check in and having to deal with AI on every call. I really did like the location and the pool was nice. Chinatown was just a few minutes away. The room was clean and updated but the AC was struggling and I think the beds have seen better days. If you like a super soft pillow topper, you would love it. It AC seemed to cool down at night which was nice. To end on a good note,the shampoo and shower gel are my favorite. Best scent ever!!!

The only thing I really did not like was checking in and checking out. There was not a human person to help you. You have to do everything on the tablet. Otherwise I love the hotel. I loved the cleanliness of the hotel. The housekeepers were great and I will be returning next year

Avoid completely "A money machine disguised as a hotel — guests are an afterthought." Las Vegas, NV · Couple's trip Check-in — rock bottom The lobby was a chaotic, overcrowded mess. I ended up sitting on the floor — as a paying guest — because there was nowhere to stand and no end in sight. The self-service kiosks are completely useless; they exist for show. I have cleared immigration at the world's busiest airports faster than this. Shameful. Parking — dirty and inaccessible Poorly signed, hard to reach, and filthy inside. This is your first impression. It sets the tone perfectly for everything that follows. Elevators — not enough, full stop A building this size, this packed, with this few elevators is not an oversight — it is a deliberate cost-cutting decision made at guests' expense. Greed by design The casino gleams. The shops are spotless. Guest services? Non-existent. No staff on the first floor when you need help. The priorities here are naked and shameless. Authorities are failing guests by allowing this level of overcrowding to continue unchecked at a property this size. Avoid. Verdict Your money is welcomed warmly. You are not. Do not stay here.
