The price was good. It is close to the airport at the end of the strip. The room was very hot with the air down as low as it would go. Had to sleep without covers. Room didn't really cool off until well after the sun went down. It is dated, but worth what I paid. Cheap (for Vegas) burger deal and the sports bar and the lower limit tables are good. Friendly enough dealers. The best part was the quick check in at the kiosk.

I booked a premier king tower room, and after checking in to find out I was put in a pyramid room, I went back to stand in the guest service line. 1 hour later, I was made aware there were no rooms available, and I should check back tomorrow. I stood in line for another 1.5 hours the next day, and was told my room would be ready later in the day and I would receive a call. My room was still not ready by 5pm, so I waited in line again. They said they tried to call me which was false. I was finally put into the correct room and was only promised a $100 food and beverage credit for my trouble. Upon checkout, my food and beverage credit had not been applied to my bill. I have submitted an inquiry a couple days ago and still have not heard back. I will never stay here again. Also, it is filthy.

I don’t care for the impersonal automated check in and having to deal with AI on every call. I really did like the location and the pool was nice. Chinatown was just a few minutes away. The room was clean and updated but the AC was struggling and I think the beds have seen better days. If you like a super soft pillow topper, you would love it. It AC seemed to cool down at night which was nice. To end on a good note,the shampoo and shower gel are my favorite. Best scent ever!!!

The property was dirty outside and smelled like feces mixed with marijuana. There was no one at the front desk to assist us with some check in issues we had and we spent well over an hour waiting in line to speak to someone. The room wasn’t properly cleaned once we did finally check in and didn’t have any soap, the furniture was broken and floors in bathroom were dirty. We went to the Pyramid Cafe for breakfast and the cups we were served for our drinks were dirty like they hadn’t been run through the dish area. Overall the experience was a 1/10, very disappointing overall.

Check in was a little shaky. I checked in with the app as advised to avoid the line but still had to stand in line due do malfunctions with the app. Shower pressure and temp were AMAZING, however, the tub nor sink drained properly so water filled the tub and sink during use.
