The room was clean. We did find a grape by the tv when we arrived in the room. So something that was missed by housekeeping. I would say the check in process is longer since it's all automated and you have to go to a kiosk to check in, wait for an email (about 15 minutes) then to go to the other kiosk to print your key. Good thing there was staff standing around with iPads if you needed help but I was a little confused.

Stayed at the tower really nice ! Have to try the Tender Steak House Was Really Good ! Only down fall no mini fridge or microwave so can’t take anything bake to your room to eat. Great stay overall !

Room in the East tower.Large room with 2 queens. Clean. Bed was comfortable as were pillows. Only downfall was no refrigerator, no coffee maker. Restaurants were good. Registration was quick and easy using a machine .Saw Bodies and Titanic. Both good.

This hotel has gone to checking in at a kiosk and you scan your ID to get your room keys. Very impersonal and just not as welcoming. The rooms were clean and the staff we did encounter were friendly and helpful. No refrigerators in the rooms was a surprise if you wanted to keep something overnight it wasn't an option.
