Rooms were nice but noisy from the hallway, the strip and the upstairs toilet. Rooms done have a fridge that usable unless your wealthy. Had to rent one which was complete bogus. No hand soap which was annoying. Essentials store was ridiculously pricey. Never got our check in text so wasted two hours waiting around for nothing. Rude staff at the sports book bar. Carama and citizens were good. House of blues had terrible terrible service and would not go back. Would opt to stay somewhere else next time...

Didn’t like the Resort Fee. The hotel might be up front about that. Resort could have an information desk for tourists. Hotel might also provide guests with a map so we could better find our way around the resort. Food options were good. Hotel could have more available for breakfast.

The staff was friendly and helpful. However, there was an issue with the elevators. Theeebweee long lines because they’re were a couple that weren’t operable and those that were, were moving very slowly. I overheard some guests say it took them 7 minutes to get from the 16th floor to the lobby!

We booked with Mandalay Bay but our room is a suite in W Las Vegas. It was an amazing experience because the hotel is very nice and clean. The room is a suite with one bed room and a living room. 1 powder room and one master bathroom with large bath tub separate from a shower room. It also has a double sink. Closet is very big with many draws. The only downside might be small TV even though I They are not that small. Overall, we enjoyed the facility. Note that refrigerator is not free. If you want to rent a fridge, it’s a $35/night.

I had a great solo birthday trip. The pool was great, food voucher choices were great. Just 1 advice. Take ear plugs. IT IS Vegas, people can sometimes be loud, but Mandalay took care of it by providing ear plugs which work like magic. Will definitely return

I used the self check in and they never text back with my room number. I also bought garage parking at the same time, which the instructions were going to be in the text,they never sent. It’s been a while since I’ve been to Mandalay Bay so I didn’t know what to expect. I was there when it first opened. The rooms are clean. The casino was clean. Pools are very nice. Everything in Vegas is expensive so bring a large drink budget if that’s your thing. I did try to get a workout in while I was there and the equipment is limited. Overall great atmosphere with some good restaurants and lounges.
