The Overall experience was great. The hotel was nice to the casino. The staff people, food even access to other areas was very accessible. Definitely recommending this to my friends.
The room was very clean and fresh the view was spectacular!
We appreciated housekeeping making up our room each day. It is so nice to have fresh towels each day - without having to ask!
Thanks Cosmopolitan you were awesome!
Had issue with mobile check-in in and online checkout for 2nd of two rooms booked on same reservation, Staff was friendly and efficient at resolving issues.
We had the two bedroom suite with city view and it was perfect. there was lots of room and private. This is now our favorite hotel as we have been to most of them. I would for sure recommend this hotel
We had some issues at check in and the front desk staff went above and beyond for us. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Highly recommend this hotel.
Location is excellent. Close to everything i need because it is located at the center if the Strip. It has variety of restaurants that serve delicious food where I get value for my money. We dined at China Poblano, Wicked Spoon and the Red Plate. They are highly recommended for a place to eat at The Cosmopolitan LV. There is also Starbucks at the ground floor. Convenient way to have my fave coffee in the morning. Me and my wife enjoyed our stay.
Nice resort, in the prime location. I had a great room with view over the Bellagio.
Great selection of restaurants. However there is a fee for everything.
Margarita by the pool for $27 is bit much.
Great location central in the strip and has everything you could want in Vegas right in the hotel. The staff was kind and accommodated us with credits since the King room we had booked was not available. The lobby bar was relaxing, the Chandelier bar was glamorous, the casino was lively, and the many hidden gems throughout the hotel made it fun to explore every night. There are many great food options in the hotel, although not as many late-night food options as we would have liked. The pool is lovely and relaxing but does get crowded. It was quiet and clean in the room. I would 100% stay here again.

Liked: Cleanliness
The room was spacious and having two bathrooms made the stay more comfortable. On the downside, the shower door didn’t close properly, the shower seemed a bit outdated, and the water flow could be improved
We were told room would be ready in 1 hour when we checked in and would get a text when ready. Text never came and after standing around for 2.5 hours got back in check in line and room was ready. Frustrating! Room and cleaning staff excellent!!! Casino wait staff was very hit and miss. Went from extremely rude to extremely helpful from person to person. Overall, great stay!
I got the fountain view suite and it was beautiful. On my last night there I discovered a roach in the bathroom. I would expect for a room that cost this much to
Not have any bugs but other than that it was a cool getaway
It’s quite amazing at the cosmopolitan that you have the opportunity to have fresh air in your hotel room with their terraces. Vegas is very stuffy and most of the casinos are smoky and closed up. I appreciate how fun the Cosmo casino and hotel is. Being able to wake up at six in the morning and open your door to fresh air is a game changer. The sports book is fun as well. They have an ample amount of swat machines and table games. The pools are nice. Good times.
I already wrote a review I thought was for both rooms.
Tldr:
Cosmopolitan is nice, great spot, good food and bars. Lanai suite is nice and enjoyed the stary.
The check in process was the only part that felt less than ideal. Was told early check-in was available when arrived. Then proceeded to wait 2+ hours for the room, but they kept telling us it was ready. Communicating there was an issue or a wait would have been helpful so we wouldn't have to sit there thinking we were getting the room any minute.
There was a spot on the carpet that was clean but a appeared something happened there which makes me think that was part of the delay. To remedy the issue they gave us a couple of $20 vouchers which considering the price of the room could have been better.
Overall, enjoyed our stay and had a good time.
The good:
The rooms were nice. Both suites (Lanai & 2bd/2br City suite) were great and spacious. Cosmopolitan overall is a great spot on the strip. So far best experience right in the middle of the strip. Service was good overall. Casino is great. Made some money too. Clean which is highest priority.
The less than good:
The Lanai suite seemed have had something happen to the carpet near the bed. Were checked in pretty late considering was told early check in was available. So waited a long time to get a room. Seemed like something happened in the room and they had to take care of it. Better communication would have made it more bearable. Was given a couple of vouchers to make up for it so was helpful, but overall for the price felt they could have done more to remedy the situation. Mostly communication would have helped because they kept saying they were getting it ready any minute only to wait 2+ hours thinking we'd get the room any minute.
I love your rooms. I love the dining options. I love the Chandelier bar and the Lobby bar. The bartenders are great The housekeeping staff is great. I like the fact that you’ve tightened up your security in many areas., However, I’m an older person and it’s kind of weird to be ID’d when walking through the casino. I guess I just need to get used to it. Overall, everything was wonderful.
This hotel was amazing! We walked to the Bellagio and Caesar’s Palace, but were disappointed, so we went back to the cosmopolitan. Just a much more enjoyable vibe. The art work is incredible. Rooms were great. Balcony view made the whole trip. Our only complaint is our experience at Scarpetta. Not great service or food. I got very very sick after dinner.

Room could have been nicer if all the outdoor furniture wasn’t stained. It looked gross enough I didn’t want to sit on it. Preferred my stay at the Bellagio. Cleaner hotel
