I booked a room at the Mirage Las Vegas, and upon my arrival the hotel was closed, I received no notice from the Mirage or Expedia, both places where passing fault on each other, ultimately we had to book a room elsewhere, I got no help from Expedia and they kept me on hold for hours and would hang up once answered. I still haven’t got my refund. Apparently Expedia thinks I checked in. This review is mainly geared for Expedia but the Mirage is also at fault. No notice is total BS on both there parts.
