Asked for a small glass of ice to take to my room but was told that i wasn't allowed to take a glass to my room, not quite sure what they thought a 53-year old bloke was going to do with it. Got given in a paper cup that melted within a couple of minutes !!"

"The hotel has no elevator. If you're on a higher floor with heavy luggage, it's a challenge. Otherwise, it's a nice little hotel with friendly staff and a kettle in the room with cookies, tea and coffee. The beds were comfy. The windows kept the outside construction quiet. All good thanks."

"We had the family room with loft for the kids. The room was awesome. The kids loved it. There was free water, tea, coffee, and cookies in the room. We added the buffet breakfast (kids were free) which was delicious. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We did have a couple issues with the railing being loose on the stairs, and we accidentally broke one of the banisters when a child's arm got stuck. Also the room was incredibly hot, but it could have just been us. Overall we loved our stay!"
