Now I blame myself I’ve fallen in to the same trap before - there’s me thinking I’ve bag a bargain, looking at the pictures of the rooms a public areas the whole hotel looked stunning. All I can think is that they took the photo in the Hilton or Dorchester on Park Lane. Never be taken in by the photo I was stuck in a basement bedroom the size of a shoe box that hadn’t seen a paint brush in 10 years. To say I was disappointed is an understatement - I didn’t complain at the time as I presumed that they were full as they would not have put me in the basement if a better room was available. Don’t book it move on just try to remember reasonably price hotel rooms do not exist in London

One of the nicest if not the best hotel we stayed in.. Highly recommended !

Room was tiny, musty, had a sewage smell, and noisy at 2am.

This hotel is just around the corner from Victoria rail and underground stations and not far from Victoria coach station. It is also very close to two theatres and good restaurants. We were allowed three adults to the room unlike other hotels which said no! There were two comfy twin beds and an okay sofa bed - ideal for three friends. The bathroom was spotless and there were plenty of big and small towels. We did have to ask for an extra mug as there were only two but this was provided later for the tea/coffee in the room. The room also had an ironing board and iron, and a hairdryer. The breakfast was superb - there was something for everyone - and I was especially glad to see black pudding! I would definitely stay here again when I am next in London.

All the staff in this hotel were all super super friendly and helpful. From reception, to bar staff to waiting staff at breakfast. We noticed it and it made a different to our stay :)
