"Perfect place for rest"

"Place was absolutely amazing to stay at really well kept and very tidy. Jacqueline was an amazing host who helped with everything and made us feel very comfortable "

"Perfect for a party of 10 adults and a 4 year old. Great pool and bbq facilities. Excellent pub/restaurant 100 metres away."

"Property served its purpose well. Parts were a tad tired such as the stair carpets and big dips in the bedroom floors but the kitchen and dining room lounge were nice. Garden scruffy and no outside furniture. Oven was in need of a scrub. Beds were comfy however not enough bedding for the sofa bed or towels for everyone. No hand towels in the bathrooms just flannels. There was enough crockery for everyone and great kitchen facilities. Communicating with the host was excellent and very smooth."

"Comfort at affordable cost"

"Great location for St Ives, with parking, as long as you are fit and able to walk up and down to town. Excellent location for visiting surrounding locations by car. A great property for 7- 10 people. Lots of space. Well equipped. "

"Very nice, comfortable house. Had everything we needed."

"We had a lovely few days at Avon View. The house and grounds are gorgeous with plenty of space and excellent facilities. No real need to go anywhere for entertainment but the local roads make it easy to get out and about if you want to. We were sad to leave and would love to return for another family get together."

"Spotless house, excellent facilities, lovely welcome gift on arrival, most appreciated, great location, good communication from host and the most amazing views. Would definitely recommend, we will be returning. Thanks xx"

"The house was too warm and no way of turning down the heating. The kitchen did not have enough dishes I had to buy a large lasagne dish to cook it. The pressure for hot water was very low. I was expecting luxury but was disappointed. The beds were not comfortable. And the pool would be nice if it was heated. The cushions had smell of dog which was not good. The login details for WiFi was incorrect and took a while to get the correct one. It’s very expensive and would expect high end tror the...

"Fantastic location, everything you need in the property and good arrival instructions. "

"Hosts very responsive & house was beautiful in a great location"

"We loved the layout and the location was fantastic - a really short drive to the beach. Unfortunately it smelled quite badly of cigarette smoke and the washing machine smelled musty so we had to use the laundromat on site instead. We would have liked to have had some USB plugs. "

"James has gone above and beyond to make the accommodation a real Home from Home. He is a marvellous host."

"The property is perfect, positioned practically on the beach and amongst all the facilities at Watergate bay."

"Beautiful property, well equipped with everything we needed. Lovely peaceful stay. "

"Amazing weekend, the house was perfect for a large family, 4 families in total. The children & big children enjoyed the swimming pool. The house was spacious, very clean and tidy with everything we needed. "

"We absolutely loved our stay at Bluebell House and had a fantastic time. Everything from before arrival and during our stay went very smoothly and we couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you Theodore!! "
