Very convenient to the rail and airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will stay again next trip to London.

Clean, quiet and convenient for the British Library and any travel

The two gentlemen who work the front desk during the day were extremely helpful and friendly.

Great location, close to the subway (5 min tp Earl's Court). Service was very good at the desk and the daily housekeeping. Only thing was the same continental breakfast every morning.

I had a lower level corner unit so i had no foot traffic near my room. Street noise could be a bit loud and the 1:00 am daily garbage pickup. Ive had a unit on the 8th floor in the past facing a different street which did not have much street noise.

Good location - close to transport links - was great having a washing machine available, property needs some maintenance work but was still acceptable - a fan would help overcome the fact that the rooms only have small exterior windows.

The location is excellent, close to borough and London bridge stations. This could be excellent if they paid more attention to detail. Need Air Conditioning or at least a fan in every room. Sofa bed linens should be in unit available for use without a request and extra cost. Need TV in the bedrooms. ...
