"The Tavistock Hotel was great! The staff were friendly, pleasant, helpful and attentive, and went above and beyond to help me with something. The room was as advertised and very nice. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom modern and clean (and there was lots of hot water), and they provided a hairdryer/kettle/tea/coffee etc. It was a very good experience and I highly recommend this hotel. There are two different tube lines/stations fairly close, good bus service, a shopping mall (with a Starbucks, grocery store, restaurants, a movie theatre and an EE outlet to buy a SIM card/internet/data plan) within about 6 blocks, and some good budget friendly restaurants nearby as well. "

"Best airport hotel around. Walking distance to the terminal, this hotel is super efficient with great staff, amazingly comfortable beds, and fantastic food and drink options. Also, despite being on close proximity to one of the world’s busiest airports, the rooms are incredibly quiet. You will not hear a plane. Fantastic hotel."

"Great location great facilities only down side was booked a runway room it only just fitted the description could only see a tiny bit of the runway so a bit disappointed but overall a great stay the runway bar is lovely "
