"The hotel waa great, parking a little tight, but manageable, room was warm, clean and comfy, great access to the shops, with a 5 minute walk, staff were amazing to top it all off, parking is free if book with the hotel, if not you need to pay. "

"The welcome from the the Receptionist was excellent ensured we had a suitable room to meet our needs. Hotel room was very clean and beautifully decorated. The room was heated individually, controlled in the room. Breakfast was excellent lots of hot and cold choices. Highly recommend especially due to the onsite parking which is a bonus in York. All the staff are very polite and friendly."
