"Great location for the tourists we were. Historic site walking distance. Nice welcome pack and they made contact to make sure we were settled in and ok. Nice place. Modern and safe. Would stay again for sure. "
"Really nice hotel, great staff, friendly, helpful and polite. Nice, clean facilities. Some quaint and quirky features. Really enjoyed our stay here. Would recommend. "
"There was a capsule coffee maker in the room, milk was available at the reception and could be put in the mini fridge in the room. The bed was comfortable."
"Lovely property and easy access to the city. Great breakfast and efficient staff.
Shame they feel the need to charge guests to park that felt annoying after already booking a room and just unnecessary "

"Was very nice for me and my partners 3 night stay, we especially loved breakfast "
"Check in was very smooth. Great location at a walkable distance to Clifford's Tower and The Shambles. Also close to multiple bus stops if you are traveling further. The room was very comfortable and clean. Housekeeping came by every day to refresh the room. They also held our luggage for us the day that we checked out so that we could go explore the city without lugging around our things. "
"Excellent staff- welcoming and professional with a very friendly attitude: couldn’t do more to help.
Decided to change my booking to an Executive room which was more spacious and worth the difference.
The hotel has a lovely ambience.
Had some friends come round as part of birthday celebrations.
Pool not available due to refurbishment but was told in advance & didn’t spoil our stay."
