Room overlooked the Tower and was well stocked and clean. The bathroom was a little tired but served its purpose. The breakfast, however, was superb. Could not fault it or the staff. Would have loved to enjoy the breakfast every day for the rest of my life.

The staff were extremely polite and helpful; the bedroom and bathroom were spotless. Breakfast was well laid out with a good range; my only criticism was it wasn't easy to find the decaffeinated coffee (sachets a struggle to open!) and the milk. Some signage would be very helpful. The hotel is extremely central and within very easy walking distance of the city centre.

Excellent location. Good breakfast. Unfortunately no air con so extremely hot and although the hotel provided a fan it wasn’t very good. We stayed in a double queen room which was very small for a family of 4. No minibar which was disappointing especially in the heat as no cold water to drink. Shower hose also broken and sprayed water all over the bathroom.

I have a sever peanut and nut allergy and the staff did an excellent job of making sure I felt safe and reassured from the moment I booked the room. All the staff was absolutely lovely and so helpful! Location was also very central to all the touristy stuff which made it excellent after a long day because you didn’t have to walk too far.
