"The property was advertised with internet, AC and more. The internet didn’t work, the AC was a portable unit that was incredibly loud which made sleeping impossible. We believe there was mold in the bathroom and lots of dust in the vent fan. We booked for 9 nights and stayed one the moved to a hotel."

"This apartment was bright and roomy. We had problems with washing machine (broken starter) and stove (no instructions) and no instructions for television plus remote missing. Leaving a typewritten list of instructions for everything on the table would have been helpful and ensuring that everything was in working order before our arrival - including t.v. service. It was clean, beds were comfortable, location was great and lots of space for two adults. Its a little tired, broken pieces on cabinets...

"If I could rate our stay higher than five stars, I happily would. Marie was so easy to communicate with and very helpful about restaurants and other things. The flat itself was amazing. I think it was built around 1840 and still has some of the original marble floors and hardwood. Everything there, though, was totally modern. The kitchen was fully stocked with every kitchen, tool, and appliance you would ever need. It’s also in a very convenient location and in a very nice neighborhood. "

The description of the flat notes there is an elevator to the floor but does not make clear that there is a flight of stairs required to get into the flat. This is a problem with those with disability. Some maintenance is needed -- dishwasher drawer, windows that do not close completely, tv missing in bedroom. Fewer decorative items would make shelving and tables more usable. Bed mattresses excellent. Utility room great for drying clothes. Overall,...
