"First impressions count don't they? On arrival we were met with a stinking bin full of rotting nappies and food waste in the yard. Front and rear gardens were weed ridden and overgrown, gate was broken, parking a nightmare. Entering the property everything appeared ok, until we had a closer look. The cream sofa in the lounge was badly stained with holes in the arm of the chair. Ceiling had water leak damage. "This was a lovely, clean place with plenty of room. A safe neighborhood close to public transport and a short walk to a small co-op for groceries. For us, it was perfect except for one thing we didn’t check before booking. It has no Wi-Fi. This is a deal breaker for us, and we won’t stay again until this is offered in the house."

"Check in time was at 3.00 pm the lock box was empty, after 10 minutes trying to find someone to respond we found out cleaners are still inside, upstairs toilet flush was not working, we found dirty laundry inside the closet of one of the bedrooms, in main bathroom the toilet cover was removed and placed at the corner of the bathroom, for four days four of us were using the same bathroom with broken toilet seat armrest on the couch was not set properly and was coming apart, no toiletries was...
