"The hotel is very close to Heathrow Airport which was nice. There was an underground train station right across the street (Piccadilly Line) which took you right to the airport or into London. It was very convenient and made it easy getting around. The staff were very nice and helpful. They responded to requests and concerns promptly. The buffet breakfast (included in our room rate) was good and included a decent selection of hot and cold selections. The restaurant was nice. However, the menu is highly skewed towards Indian food which is not a favorite of ours so we only ate there once in our 10 day stay. The pool is heated and nice. Again, however, it should have ratings going down the stairs for people who are a little unsteady on their feet or have mobility issues (like me). The same goes for the jacuzzi. There are no hand rails to hold onto. Only the steam room was working during our visit but it was fine. The hotel is good, the location is good, all the staff our great, the room was clean and we would probably stay there again because of the location. Also, there is a grocery store close (Tesco) and a Subway as well as on old pub, The Green Man."

"The lifts took so long on check out departure, we waited nearly 30 minutes to get a lift. No tea or coffee in room we asked for a kettle that's all we go a kettle then it was such a process to get tea and coffee, Needs updating carpet in corridors threadbare and dirty Have to pay to service your room which is unusual but you need fresh towels! Fold-out couch very uncomfortable"

"This is my second time at Park Plaza Westminster Bridge and the location is spectacular, however this time my expedia Platinum was not honored. The employee who checked me in did not have a clue of what I was talking about. The room had cups stains on the entrance table and found a sock behind the curtain. The location is beautiful, breakfast is amazing. I will still come back!!!"

"Unusual circular room design which we found to greatly reduce useful space in that tiny room. The shower and toilet were separate enclosures, not a bad idea, but who on earth tiles tiny spaces in black?? It felt like you were in a cave, really bad idea. Soap dospensers, poor design. It's a great idea to provide breakfast, however the only items that tastes like real food were the hard boiled eggs and the bread. Everything else tastes processed with a strange fore or after taste. Location was great even though some UBER drivers would mix up the location with the other RIU nearby. I think this hotel does not live up to the RIU standards"
