"This is a giant hotel nearby Heathrow Airport opposite to Premier Inn. It is clean and nice. No. 81 bus is just outside the hotel, easy transport. An important, it has a lot of on-site parking space, £12 per day. In the hotel information, I would suggest adding the on-site parking as a key information then you may attract more customers in the future."

"This was a surprising delight! A last minute booking on a hellishly hot London weekend. The hotel was incredible. The rooms, while small, were beautifully designed. The lighting in the rooms and public areas are extremely peaceful and almost artistic.
I can not wait until my next stay!"
"If you see the staff member named Mustack avoid him at all costs. I arrived on time for my check in and due to how many students use this hotel he was too busy to answer my question. Extremely rude I said excuse me he flashed his hand in my face and said “not now too busy” and went to proceed to help the children. Avoid this hotel at all cost if you want help from their staff. I will say there was one African man there who’s service was a 10/10 he made up for the terrible service I received from Mustack, additionally due to the vast amount of rooms they have the place is a maze and not properly signed. We got lost on numerous occasions trying to find our room and good luck if you’re a minority visitor trying to get help from the cleaning staff they will ignore your cry’s for help. The room was clean there were a lot of kids (student groups) and self parking staff and night staff were impeccable. I’d give this hotel a solid 6 out if 10. "
