A very classy and comfortable hotel with excellent customer service provided by all members of staff. Our room was very relaxing, well designed with superb amenities. Breakfast was very good with sufficient choice of hot and cold food. Only negative was the very high price of drinks at the hotel bar!!

Hotel staff was very welcoming and friendly. Hotel is chic, clean and about 2 blocks to the Kensington High Street tube station. Lots of shopping, restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Fantastic hotel which is in a great location, staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful. Bar closes quite early and it’s a bit pricey compared to other places but it’s very nice. Would definitely recommend.

Had a lovely weekend stay with my daughter. The staff were fantastic, and although we arrived a few hours early, our room was already ready. The room was chic, spotless, and comfortable. The location right on Hyde Park was perfect. A wonderful stay, we would definitely return.
