Shower flooded the bathroom (poor design), room service was via app but the app was not checked so you had to go to lobby to get anything, poor location for tourists (financial district), some members of the staff were fantastic, but some were quite rude
This hotel is finished to a very high standard compared with other 4 star hotels in which we have stayed. The interiors a Staff were excellent, built a great rapport and should be proud of the service they achieve. The only nit picking detail which could have improved our (spotless and well specified) room would have been an extra set of drawers if we had been staying longer. But really, overall, this is a very nice hotel which is now on our shortlist for returns to London.
Hotel is nice enough, but television in room did not work, so got moved and of the three televisions in our upgraded room (fair play)none actually connected to the service and only one allowed chrome cast. Receptionists the next day seemed to think this was funny as opposed to anything that required an apology.
