Where do I start, pee stain in the toilet and noisy bedding, poor insulation which woke us several times during sleep. Opened complaint case via Expedia on 26/5 still waiting for hotel response.

Overall the stay was fine. There is a lot of ambulance sirens as it’s next to St. Mary’s Hospital. The sirens didn’t wake me up, but if your a light sleeper, beware. Very Convenient from Paddington and close to the Tube for easy transportation. The only gripe about the room was the shower and sink did not drain so we had to have the shower basically trickle out for fear of flooding the floor :-( (room 213).
