Nice and friendly staff on arrival, the things I’d did not like was the bath was so shallow There was no point having a bath in the bathroom as you could not immerse in the water to cover your whole body, also not enough fruits for breakfast

It was a good spot location wise close to the train. But the room it self could have used a bit of more cleaning, the bed was stained, the towels were dirty, and we had to ask for new ones. There were a few cracks on the wall from the bathroom.

Property of a good standard, but bar drinks very expensive. Also, breakfast not previously booked at £16 per head is simply extortionate. Needless to say this was declined and we visited a local establishment for little more than one third of the price.

I stayed over in the hotel one night, I had a superior room which was lovely. The facilities was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable, the hotel was very nice inside. Staff very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was plentiful whether you wanted a cooked breakfast, continental or cereals. It was a very comfortable stay and I would recommend.

Staff was amazing. Especially after coming from a hotel that was not anything like them. One person in particular, who didn’t check me in but was so welcoming. Shout out to her! While my name was being found she was keeping me company with chats about the last hotel. Also, the woman who gave me a an actual glass of ice. Just actually an amazing experience and best hotel in our first London experience. Short but sweet stay! Love from US. ❤️
