Excellent place to stay for the O2. Breakfast a bit on the expensive side but really very good. Considering it’s a buffet everything was hot and tasted freshly cooked as if Al a carte - best hotel buffet breakfast I’ve had and I’ve had a few! Staff super polite and nothing was too much trouble

No parking at the property, council owned car park with minimal parking for which they charge you £40 if you can get a parking spot but if you cannot park in a space and park anywhere else in the car park you have to pay the £40 parking as well as a parking fine of £60 minimum- not worth it, this was not mentioned when checking in and the management didn’t care

Excellent location for the o2 but nightmare traffic & no parking facilities on site which meant we had to cut our time at the hotel short to go collect car from nearby carpark. Very expensive stay and still waiting for my deposit to be returned to my account!!
