We had a great stay. The hotel was clean and in a very convenient area. The only complaint is that the shower was extremely small. The are for the tub should have been used for the shower.

We got to Tophams early and the maid made a big effort to clean our room so we could get in early. The room was always immaculate when we returned after a day out and about. The front desk was great and the breakfast employees were very nice and accommodating. Thanks for a great stay. See you next December!

We just checked out yesterday morning. Excellent location in central London. Extremely comfortable bed and pillows. Walking distance to so many landmarks and only 1 block to Victoria Station for the Underground/Tube. Classic chic style decor in room. High ceilings and large windows. Excellent hair dryer with plug-in and mirror in the main bedroom area separate from the bathroom which was very convenient for getting ready in the mornings. Two USB plugs on each side of the bed for charging devices which meant we did not need adaptors for the plug-ins. Fridge and safe as well. Main floor decor stunning with several sitting areas to enjoy. Staff was wonderful and so helpful with any questions. Just steps away around the corner is a handy store for any drinks, snacks, fruit, etc you may want, we were there almost daily. Highly recommend Tophams.
