Staff were lovely and helpful, asking us exactly what type of room we wanted etc and couldn’t be more helpful! Room was basic enough but clean, comfortable and perfect for our weekend trip. Bathroom looked like it had been recently renovated, looked fantastic and shower was wonderful. Really nice touch of having a case around the window to block out outside noise! Location is absolutely perfect and we would stay again with no hesitation.

Proximity of hotel to Underground Station and dining facilities. Breakfast was outstanding; a variety of hot foods, coffee and tea choices, veggies and fruits, etc. Atrium restaurant was very convenient for hungry guests, too.
