Stayed here for and during the 2024 London Marathon. Having never been to London, I wanted a place that was central to the city and a comfortable place to stay. Victoria Station is incredibly convenient to navigate whatever London adventure you’re embarking! Thanks so much for making my first time in London memorable. Very much enjoyed.

Very impressed with the efficiency of service, from first walking through the door to the time we had to leave. We were able to check in early which was great and were even given complimentary threats in our room, which is always a nice surprise. Excellent breakfast options, excellent location and excellent service. All in all, a very enjoyable stay.

Lovely hotel with helpful staff. Rooms are really nice and the overall hotel is very clean, aswelll as nice to look at. My only disappointment is they do not do room service. All meals gave to be taken at a seperate building, which is across the road.
