Unfortunately, cleanliness was an issue. I reported to an accommodating guest relations officer that there was a cockroach under the bed, a can was left in the refrigerator from a previous guest, there were paper price labels stuck between the coffee tables under the desk also from a previous guest. So while the beds were made up & towels were changed - clearly cleaning was not done properly. Also towels were changed even though we observed the conservation policy. Finally we found the hotel too dark - elevators, walls, corridors. We prefer Park plaza county hall

Great location for where we were visiting. We had chosen a river view room and thanks to Kieran on reception and his room picking, had an amazing view of the Houses of Parliament. Very grateful for that and for his time, great customer service. The room was clean and really comfortable. A few things didn’t work and I did feel it felt slightly clinical (not sure about the cold flooring) and dated but that’s not a major think, we all like a bit of nostalgia and is a tiny grumble.

Initial front staff checking us in (Jose) was more concerned about selling us on upgrading our room and buying the breakfast than giving us any information about the property. Television and in room phone did not work. Brought it to the front desk attention and there was no follow up. Cleaning staff were super kind and always helpful. Front door man (Murad) was pleasant and always created us with a smile. Property was very short walk to Vauxhall station.

The property is a short walk to Big Ben and parliament. A convenient bus stop and a short walk to two tube station stops. Hotel was extremely nice and staff very friendly.

Location is absolutely outstanding, very elegant, Lots of elevators, never a wait. Loved the mini kitchen aspect even the small washer/driver was incredible. We stayed 8 days and it was the perfect spot for us. Staff Very helpful when it came to info on best options to get back to Heathrow. Perfect vacation!
