The staff were very helpful and friendly. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. Location near shops, theatres, etc. is excellent. The bedroom was a little small for the price and there was no fridge.

Stayed at the Strand Palace once before and we love it. We were upgraded from our Delux Extra King Room to a Extra Delux King Room with a free mini bar!! 😊

Room had a terrible view . Bathroom was smallest I’ve seen in a hotel . Checked in at 5pm room was not ready. Was told half hour was ok . Arrived in room and there was someone making beds had to wait outside of room for 15 minutes

This hotel has an amazing location with different room options to suit the needs. We had a double room and a twin room and both were pretty nice, the rooms were next to each other as we requested for that so appreciate the hotel making it work.

For the money I paid for 3 nights I thought it was not value for money.There was no door on the bathroom ,there were no glasses or fridge and the TV had no BBC1 channel which was bad news as I couldn't,t watch the football in my room.wont be back
