I did not like the fact that the ground floor is below the reception area and you have to take a lift to the first floor

Had to wait until 3pm for check in and room to be ready. We re-queued at 3pm and waited 14 minutes to be seen at the desk to be told the room till was not ready. I asked for a different room that was ready as we had to get to the theatre. We were given another room and the bed was not made up. I had to go back again to reception to request a made up bed. Special mention to Fabio from Rome who had just started working there. What a lovely friendly helpful chap. Thank you

The hotel is located at a very convenient position and is close to various Tube lines leading to popular places. It can also accomodate a family of 4, which not so many hotels can do at this price. However, facilities inside the room is a bit old and the toilet flushing handle was not functioning during my last day of stay. Shower water was also very weak, probably an intentional design to save water and energy.
