Small, but clean and functional. Great location to access different tube stops. Staff was accommodating and helpful. Close to a number of restaurants and shops..
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful (SURESH and all the CREW!!!), the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect – close to everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again!
Enjoyed our stay in Noting Hill area and near Hyde Park. Super safe and fairly accessible to metros. Great restaurants nearby too. The room was great for our family of 3.
Cool hotel in a beautiful part of the city, receptionists were great (I have no idea what her name was but she was absolutely lovely)
Hotel is in a great location with so much to see and do nearby.
The front desk woman from Slovakia is warm, helpful and hospitable. The room was spacious enough and clean and a couple blocks from Bayswater Tube, Hyde Park ( pond with swans) and Sainsburys plus a market street!
I booked this hotel for Nottinghill Carnival Weekend. It was in walking distance from the Carnival zone and had perfect transportation links from Paddington and Bayswater station.
There’s lots to eat nearby. The rooms are on the smaller side but the beds are comfortable and work for people want a place to rest while they explore London on a quick trip.
There are no elevators but walking is good for the soul. Customer facing staff are incredibly friendly and helpful

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Friendly and helpful staff. A struggle to get my big suitcase up the narrow stairways, but I am to blame for selecting a hotel without elevator.
The room was without wondow, but it was clean and the bathroom was not as small as one can find in London. Thin walls, heard phone conversation loud and clear from the adjacent room.
I will probably select another hotel next time I am visiting London. With elevator and a bit closer to the tube.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
We had a pleasant stay, there were a few plumbing issues but the staff worked on it immediately.
Excellent stay, very close to the London Paddington Station. The room was clean and tidy. The room has no window due to the infrastructure of the London residential areas and fully understanding.
The rooms are small, but gif a solo traveler like myself they were perfect. The hotel itself is within walking distance of several tube lines, Hyde park and a busy area with lots of restaurants and pubs as well. Decent accommodations for the price you pay!
