Lovely staff who were very helpful. Comfy bed in a big room with good sound proofing. Breakfast was amazing with a lot of choices on the buffet, both hot and cold. Including stir fried rice, salad, grapefruit, very creamy scrambled eggs plus the usual items you'd expect.

We didnt get the room that was shown in the picture because of some construction happening in that area. Got an “upgrade” (which wasnt) with free mold. They got that sorted..but overall was a very meh experience.. refreshments (tea/coffee sachets) were never refilled. Location is great though.

This was my first stay at Stamford Bridge Hotel. I arrived quite late on a weeknight and there was available staff who checked me in quickly and efficiently. Once I arrived at my room in the Lyf building, I found my air conditioning was not working well. By early afternoon the next day, I was easily moved to a very nice room right around the corner from the previous one. It was handled so nicely and I truly felt the front desk wanted to make sure I was comfortable. The location is perfect and walkable if you are staying in the Chelsea/Fulham area. Public transportation is a very short walk away. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Great location - amazing value for SW London. The room is nice size, albeit v small beds for twins. Lovely A/C during the heatwave. 10 quid for full English breakfast was really nice. Staff at checki-n and restaurant hiding behind phones, screens, but the housekeeping staff nice at least. Great location, did I mention that?

Located in a perfect area, close to Kings Road which was my old stomping ground. Had a nine night stay so was disappointed that I had to ask 5 times for my tea and coffee station to be refilled. Then they would just bring you one teabag and say hey if coffee. When I stay in a hotel for this length of time, I ask staff to only freshen my room every other day however, although the bed was remade every time, the sheets never got changed. Just something housekeeping should be made aware. Would still recommend this hotel to others though. My next stay has already been booked.

The hotel is in a convenient location and bed was comfortable, however is due for a refurbish. Fridge didn’t work, aircon was struggling and bathroom didn’t have a fan.
