Recent stay for work/pleasure. Room was clean and tidy. Whilst you see on the app the room is small for square metre footage. I don’t think it anything can prepare you for how small they actually are. The bathroom and shower in particular were so small, if you’re of the larger persuasion definitely going to be a struggle to get in and shut the door. The bed was also very small for a double. Other than those bits it was great. The top floor pool area has some truly stunning views over to the o2. The Gym was good and had all the equipment you’d want when you’re away. Would I stay again, it’s always a balance between cost and size but yes it’s convenient for the DLR.

Lovely place, great facilities, small bathrooms. Its cozy in a fanastic are however it is quite loud due to the trains running near by. The biggest issue was the window only opened very litte so the room got quite hot but the window was locked without a key despite it being open meaning i couldn't shut out the noise. All in all a great 8/10.

Room is way too hot, window opens slightly but too loud with window open. Fan was broken and no air con controls. Room was dirty. Dropped my phone down the side of the bed and the state of it was horrendous. Looks like it’s never been cleaned

The hotel itself was gorgeous and well presented. Upon entering the room, it was covered in dust. All surfaces were dusty which caused allergies to act up. Staff were pretty useless, we called the number provided to request cutlery, there was no answer. We then went to the front desk to request cutlery, plates, etc and they said it would be up in 10 mins. Request was discarded. Aesthetically a gorgeous place, but not more than that. Service was abysmal.

Very very hot in the property, no AC there was a small fan provided but still very hot. Had to wait a long period of time for the lifts. Room was very small and not what I expected it to be. My socks were dirty after walking on the floors.

The property itself was nice, the room was very small for the price and the people on the front desk were utterly useless!! The room was also dusty and the walls were covered in marks and scuffs, the window blind was also broken, you expect better for the premium cost of the room.

This is probably the worst stay we've ever had in London. Ignore the photos, ignore the description. The property is right above the DLR so if you're a light sleeper you have a chance, especially when the windows don't shut properly! The bed is a large single but advertised as a double, it is nigh on impossible for two medium build people to sleep comfortably. The mattress has serious roll together too! I won't go into too much feta but the bed linen was white with grey stains! Again if you want a shower and you're anything around a medium build or greater you may as well forget it. If you do stay you will need the followng: 1) Something to drink out of. 2) A kettle 3) your TV license (you are not permitted to use the TV without it! 4) cutlery, plates etc 5) extra pillows (you get 1 each). Altogether dreadful, got no sleep and was very uncomfortable throughout the stay. What I would say however is that the location is good and the staff were very helpful when we discovered that the window wouldn't shut.

The staff weren’t overly friendly, the room was tiny and had hairs in the bathroom. The room didn’t have any robes which most hotels do provide and was shocked by this considering the hotel had a pool. The bathroom was tiny and couldn’t move in it. The bed was squeaky when we sat on it and moved one inch. The location was quite far from Canary Wharf itself, however easy transport to get there however not much around the hotel itself. Overall very dissatisfying for the price I paid.
