Its a fun and quirky hotel in a great location. A solid 4 star plus, with a nice bar and little restaurant. Bed was cozy, although the lighting in the room could have been better. Staff are very competent and the value for money was good. Ideal for a couples weekend. Will certainly stay again

Terrific location for London Museums and The Royal Albert Hall. Great dining nearby near South Kensington tube and on Bute Street. The hotel has been given fabulous boutique decor in the public areas and in the rooms. The rooms were well appointed and our Superior Double was plenty big enough for us. We have already booked to return.

Great location in South Kensington, near museums, and about a 5 min walk from the tube station. Many good restaurants nearby. Property itself was a bit tired. Room: bathroom was nice. Smallest closet and very awkward to access. Staff were helpful and professional. Totally fine for short stay.

Loved this place. Reasonably priced, given its location. I liked the quirky art work. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay there again if I ever need a bed in that part of London.

I’m absolutely superb location, charming historic building. Fun and enchanting rooms. The front desk staff was amazing especially ZITA. She made our stay fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was in a nice area and staff were helpful. The shower was good and the towels were fluffy. The room setup, however, was lacking space to store anything so we had to live out of our suitcases. There was also minimal shelving in the bathroom to hold toiletries and the toilet paper holder was non-existent. The bed is very low to the ground. The plug was a little too far from the mirror so you couldn't blow dry hair while properly seeing what you were doing and the mirror in the bathroom was too high to fully see my face without standing on my toes. There's also no fridge in the room.
