My daughters and I got to London super early, the hotel staff welcomed us into the spa to freshen up and gladly held our bags until we could check in at 3pm. We ended up sightseeing all afternoon and came back to a beautiful room! The breakfast was absolute perfection. Perfect location 30 seconds from Tower Hill Underground station and the most incredible view of the Tower of London. We loved every moment of our stay!!!

The best location right at the Tower hill tube stop. The ancient Roman wall right out my room window. Wish the air conditioning was better but it’s London😜 nice breakfast buffet and good restaurants in walking distance. I would stay there again.

Would definitely recommend. Great location and felt safe. Helpful and efficient staff. We had a lovely experience got offered a free room upgrade, convenient parking on site and help with any issues we had. Hotel is well maintained and aesthetically pleasing. Room was spacious and clean. Enjoyed the spa facilities as it wasn’t too busy, especially enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi, the relaxation room was also an added bonus. Would visit again in the future :)

Great location, easy access to restaurants and subway tubes. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful except one of the concierge was cold and inpatient, i suggest the hotel retrain the concierge to be more helpful
