It was very good. More than sufficient in its’ obligations.
While the room was VERY tiny it was quite comfortable. The king size bed was very comfortable. The bath towels were huge and soft. The room was very clean. The staff were very friendly and accomadating. The location is fantastic. It is a 3 minute walk from the Tower Hill station and 5 minutes from Aldgate. We could travel easily to anywhere we wanted to go from these 2 tube stations. Further it is a 5 minute walk to the Tower and Tower Bridge. This was our second stay here and we will definitely be returning.
Excellent choice for vacation travel.
Will definitely look up this chain of hotels for the future trips.
The only complaint is pillows — there are several choices but both are uncomfortable.
Everything else is great - AC, showers, breakfast, and the overall vibe.
I stayed for night. Hotel is close to the Tower of London and underground station. Staff are friendly and helpful, but bar music is too loud at all times. My room was small especially
as I had a king sized bed but had everything I needed and was clean. Towels were large and fluffy, body/hairwash was good to use.There was no storage or draws, only a rack to hang a few clothes on. The tea/coffee tray was in a cupboard by the bed with drop down door, and I banged my head on the corner when making drinks. The cups are flimsy cardboard and difficult to drink hot fluids from. My room was at the back overlooking empty offices but was very quiet with little light coming through curtains.I did not have the continental breakfast which seemed overpriced at £12.50. There is a Co-op and Tesco nearby for sandwiches, pastries etc. I would stay here again when next in that part of London
We checked in on the evening shift bc our flight was late. We were greeted by Marco & George and they were so nice. Even gave us a complementary drink at the bar because we were celebrating my daughter’s graduation. When we got to our room, there was a problem and so i went back down and immediately they moved us to another room. Such professionals! Will definitely stay here again.
