I have stayed here a few times before and remains my favourite hotel to stay when going travelling the next day. The room was nice and clean with friendly and welcoming staff at reception and the restaurant. The food was nice. The hotel in general is high quality building with shiny and clean facilities. Public transport is good to take you into the airport. Definitely staying here again.

Great location if you are flying out of Heathrow. The hotel runs a charged shuttle at very varied hours for ease. The check in was smooth. There was a mix up with the room that was rectified very quickly and with sincere apology from a lovely Canadian member of staff. It's a reasonably priced hotel in view of the location and room amenities. I would happily stay there again.

I wouldn’t stay here again unless I absolutely had to. The front desk people were amazing. But there were dirty dishes left on the floor in the hallway and the food wasn’t very good at the restaurant, but the waiters at the restaurant were excellent.

Venerable Heathrow hotel which does a fine job of turning round rooms quickly for tired passengers. Full facilities, including an excellent gym. Every one is switched on to getting guests in and out quickly. Comfy modernised rooms. My only quibble is that the shuttle to T5 was chargeable. In fact, for the same price on the bus, myself and my partner just took an Uber which made life that little bit easier.

I would have rated this higher but when we checked in and were assigned our room, we discovered that it was occupied. When we brought this to the attention of the receptionist, she quickly assigned us a new room and comped us with access to the executive lounge which included an evening happy hour and a morning breakfast.

Staff all great and the food was also very nice in the restaurant. The hotel was clean. Downsides were that the hotel seemed to have a lot of moths in, to the point where I think pest control is needed. And the bed was rock solid and really uncomfortable. Everything else was fine.

The Renaissance staff were so kind to us on both our stays, working to get us a room a bit earlier than anticipated. The food at the hotel is wonderful, although a bit pricier than what many Americans expect. The fish and chips were great, with the fish being a HUGE portion. The breakfast buffet is great with an amazing assortment of food choices. The room was comfortable, quiet, and clean. Our only difficulty with the room was getting into and out of the bath. The tub is a true soaker tub so is very deep with high sides. Hard for older, short folks! 😂

This hotel was great for just a quick stay at Heathrow. Everything was clean and staff was great. The only exception was, the room was quite warm and the AC kept auto-shutting off after 30 mins so you had to continuously get up through the night to turn it on again. Also, the hotel hop bus takes forever to catch and is difficult to locate at Heathrow so just a heads up for those taking a taxi or uber from Heathrow to the hotel, be ready for a ridiculously expensive ride. (Of course this does not reflect on the hotel as they have no control over ride pricing…but just wanted to share so people are prepared).
