The hotel has a long walkway to get to but once you’re settled it’s very restful. I was able to sleep well but the room seemed warm. The bathroom was clean & shower had a lot of space for an airport hotel. Breakfast was okay. The bread, fruits, yogurt, orange juice was good. The coffee & latte uses a machine. It’s complimentary breakfast so it’s the basic buffet. The upholstery chairs in the breakfast area needs some steam cleaning but it’s ok. Very nice staff. I would come again if I need a convenient place to travel between terminals & to get a ticket to Paddington Station for other trips. I went for a day outing to Bath from Paddington Station. Good for 2 days or an early flight out.

Simply excellent in all respects, including comfortable bed, spacious shower, plus nice touches such as the reading lamps that pull out from the headboard, real glasses in the bathroom instead of plastic, choice of firm or soft pillows.
