" We cant thank your trainee staff enough for such a friendly caring reception after our flight from Miami. Dabira and Jamie were most courteous and kindly allowed early admitance to our room. This made our stay sublime as were exhausted. They selected a superb spacious room with views a large bathroom with separate bath and fantastic shower. A luxurious treat after a rather small cruise cabin! The huge bed and pillows were a dream. Ice machines are avaliable and a fridge large enough to chill my prosecco and chill food to take back to Gozo. We didnt use the gymn or laundry service this time. When we stayed for Miami departure we got lost. Not this time. It gave us time to do a recce of the Elizabeth lines for T4 early the next morning. Thank you for a comfortable luxurious stay."
